Directed by Ken Loach and nominated for the Palme d’Or – Route Irish is the story of a private security contractor in Iraq who rejected the official explanation of his friend’s death and sets out to discover the truth.

The title refers to a notoriously dangerous roadway between Baghdad airport and the nearby fortified green zone.

Composed by George Fenton, engineered by Steve Price, and assisted by Mat Bartram, the music was recorded in Studio One and mixed in Studio Two.
